Poker

Last Sunday I played poker for the first time. The day before I looked up the rules, but doing that only gives you an idea, because there are so many variations of the game. Well at least I got the general picture.

Three of the five players play it regularly, so I expected to lose. We played for about six hours. Initially I wasn't doing well, my initial 100 points declined to about 70, but after four hours my luck turned, and I ended up with 164 points, beating everyone else. One of the guys that play it regularly ended up with nothing.

One guy brought along cigars. You should when you play poker. Needless to say that shirt went to the drycleaner the day after.
